You could have users be able to select MP3's on their hard drive, and have them queued to be played for all Agent members in the chat. Agent already has a file transfer system which can be used for this purpose. The feature should have some options, like being able to be turned off if someone doesn't want to listen or does not want to use up their bandwidth, and an option that will automatically delete the MP3 after playing so our hard drives won't fill up with other people's MP3's. It would also have to be arranged so that a song can only be queued once at a time, so we don't end up listening to the same song over and over. Agent itself does not necessarily need it's own audio player if you could set it up to play MP3's using whatever player is already set as default. Virus protection shouldn't be much of a problem because there is no such thing as a virus that infects MP3 audio files. MP3's are not executable's and therefore cannot become virus's. I am not a programmer, so I am not aware of the amount of effort it would take to actually implement in this idea, but I think this feature would truly set Agent apart from other available chat programs, and I hope you will at least give it some thought.

This could bring quite some trouble with the law...
Canadian Law doesn't really care. American law on the other hand...
Oh wait, you're in Quebec... Who knows what crazy laws will emerge, now that Quebec is a nation within Canada...
Btw, fonts that support our "emoticon faces" would be great. The current font is cool. but the asterix is too small. and ; is rounded. would be a little better if the asterix is a little bigger and if the ; is more squared so that ;_; and ;D look better. Beyond that, the rest of the font is awesome

Wow. Funny how I live in Quebec and I never heard that we became a nation...
Seriously though. I hope you meant this as a joke.
