File usage

After sending a file over Agent, I am unable to delete the file from my PC. Windows sports the 'this file is in use or is write protected' message. Is there any way to fix this?

perhaps the file is still being used in agent..Have you tried closing agent then trying to delete the file?

Hello, try closing the PM window that was used for the transfer.

There is currently an issue that occurs on some rare cases where Agent is unable to unlock a file that was used for a transfer. This issue will be addressed with the introduction of the next-gen transfer system when Agent 2 is released.
